It then sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<ID>, which are kept for up to two years unless you delete them or withdraw your consent. If you choose "Reject & continue", Google Analytics is not loaded, these cookies are not set, and the website works normally.
We do not send your name, email address, telephone number, the content of your messages or your account identity to Google Analytics, and we have switched off its advertising features (Google signals and advertising personalisation).
Measurement without cookies. Separately from Google Analytics, our own systems count views of a property listing and clicks on a listing's WhatsApp, call and email buttons. These counts do not use cookies. To avoid counting the same visitor twice in a day they use a one-way code, changed every day, derived from technical information (IP address and browser type). We do not store the IP address itself and the code cannot be used to identify you.
Campaign information. If you arrive from a campaign link or from another website, we keep the campaign labels in that link (source, medium and campaign name) and the name of the referring website in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. If you choose to send us an enquiry, inspection request or offer, this information is attached to it so that we can understand which channels bring enquiries.
4.4 Marketing and Advertising Cookies

GIMA Connect is our digital platform for connecting property owners, developers, partner agencies, agents, customers, and other authorized users with GIMA Properties services.

The public registration page of GIMA Connect shows the same cookie notice and, only with your consent, uses Google Analytics as described in section 4.3. The signed-in areas of GIMA Connect do not load Google Analytics.
